Visit to Riyad al-Jannah Allowed Only Once Every Year
- Visitors can get one Rawdah permit every 365 days through the Nusuk app.
- A new permit depends on eligibility and available slots once the 365 days end.
- People close to Masjid an-Nabawi (Prophet’s Mosque) can book through the Instant Track service.
The Ministry of Hajj has set a one-year gap between Rawdah visits. Anyone who wants to visit Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa needs a permit from the Nusuk app, and each person can get one permit every 365 days.
When Can You Get a New Rawdah Permit?
The 365-day period is a condition for issuing the permit. After it ends, visitors can request a new permit through Nusuk. The ministry says approval depends on eligibility and on which slots are available in the app.
Instant Track Service for Nearby Visitors
People who are close to Masjid an-Nabawi (Prophet’s Mosque) have another way to book. They can reserve a Rawdah visit through the Instant Track service, based on the slots available.
