Round-the-Clock Support in Over 11 Languages

The Care Center for Guests of the Most Merciful, accessible through the unified number 1966, is a core part of Saudi Arabia’s communication system for pilgrims and visitors. It offers support, guidance, and a channel for questions, complaints, and feedback, operating 24 hours a day in more than 11 languages. This work supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of the Most Merciful service program.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said the center runs on a combined digital and operational system linked to field centers and related agencies. This connection speeds up responses, improves how requests are processed, and directs pilgrims to the right services and channels. The center also tracks complaints and measures pilgrim satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Since the Umrah season began on June 1, 2026, the center has received over 134,000 calls, with an overall satisfaction score of 91.45% and an average response speed of 3 seconds.

During Hajj 1447H, the center handled over 330,000 calls, with an average response speed of 10 seconds and zero missed calls. Satisfaction with the services provided during Hajj reached 93.13%.
