Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the [indiscernible] Polar Capital Technology Trust. I’m Catherine Cripps, and I’m the Chair and I’ve been the Chair since 2022 for a year previous to that.

Before we get started, just a couple of housekeeping points. In the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow the fire exit signage, which is at the back. I don’t think you need to look behind us and take — follow the instructions that the Herbert Smith people will give you as you leave the room. May I ask also that you switch off your mobile phone or at least put them on silent so that we don’t disrupt the proceedings. Thank you.

So thank you to you all for making the effort to attend what I’m sure will be an interesting and informative session. We’ve also got a Zoom video link enabled. So there are some people joining us virtually. They can see and hear us, but we can’t see them. They may well pass some questions through to my colleague, Tracey, over in the corner there later on.

We will start with our managers, Ben and Ali giving us a presentation, which I know is the real reason for them to be here. They will — sorry, Kelly, our very efficient [Company Secretary] just reminded me, I need to declare that it’s now after 2:30, and we are quorate and we can declare the meeting open.
