Hajj 2027: Makkah Opens Catering Contractor Applications for Hajj 2027

• The Holy Capital Secretariat began accepting catering contractor qualification applications for Hajj 1448H on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Makkah’s Holy Capital Secretariat has opened applications for catering contractor qualification ahead of Hajj 1448H, corresponding to Hajj 2027 in the Gregorian calendar.

How to Apply

• Catering companies can apply starting Saturday, September 12, 2026 (1 Rabi’ al-Thani 1448H), through the Easha electronic platform at easha.hmm.gov.sa.

The Secretariat is asking contractors to complete and update their information according to the approved qualification requirements, and to follow the technical and administrative rules set for approving applications.

The Secretariat said the qualification process is meant to make sure pilgrims receive safe, high-quality food services during Hajj 1448H. It added that applying technical standards and monitoring systems will strengthen the safety of the catering system and improve how efficiently it operates.
