The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a new digital platform called the “Integrations Portal.” The portal gives partner organizations, both inside Saudi Arabia and abroad, one place to connect their systems with the ministry’s digital services.
What the Portal Does
The portal brings together every step of the integration process. This includes risk assessment, cybersecurity checks, data-sharing agreements, and the technical work needed to link systems and exchange data. Before this, these steps were handled separately.
Partner entities can now use the portal to browse the ministry’s APIs, submit requests to integrate their systems, and manage who has access to their data. They can also track the status of their requests and any issues that come up, all from one dashboard.
Why the Ministry Built It
The ministry said the portal cuts down the time and work needed for partners to complete integration steps. Instead of moving between different channels, partners can now finish the entire process on one digital platform.
This is expected to help new joint services launch faster, cut down on repeated paperwork, and make the process clearer for everyone involved. The ministry linked the launch to its wider push to build stronger digital systems and manage data exchange more reliably across the Hajj and Umrah system, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the program to serve pilgrims.
