The plan includes 10 dedicated guidance centers and 22 mobile points offering multiple services. These include religious guidance, luggage storage assistance, and specialized support for elderly worshippers and people with disabilities.
Luggage Storage
To ease movement within the holy sites, five free luggage storage centers will operate 24/7 at both mosques, allowing worshippers to store their belongings securely while performing prayers and rituals.
Mobility Support
A fleet of 8,300 electric and manual wheelchairs has been deployed for elderly and disabled visitors.
Digital Guidance Tools
An interactive digital map has been launched to help pilgrims navigate inside the Two Holy Mosques, locating gates, prayer areas, and facilities with ease. The “Worshipper’s Guide” is available in seven languages, containing the Quran, prayers, worship instructions, Friday sermons, and accurate prayer times.
Field Guidance Teams
Walking field teams will utilize color-coded spatial guidance systems to assist worshippers in multiple languages, helping direct crowds and answer inquiries in real-time.
