Madinah Buses Launches Free Shuttle Service for Ramadan 2026


  • A dedicated shuttle bus service will operate in Madinah throughout Ramadan 1447 AH.
  • The service connects multiple residential and transit hubs to the Prophet’s Mosque and Quba Mosque.
  • Routes include stops at major locations like the train station, Al-Khalidiyah, and Sayyid Al-Shuhada.

The Madinah Region Development Authority, through its Madinah Buses public transport system, has launched a special shuttle bus service for the month of Ramadan 1447 AH.

To facilitate the movement of worshippers and visitors to and from the Prophet’s Mosque and the historic Quba Mosque.

The shuttle service operates on designated routes with stops at key points across the city.

The primary route connects stations including King Fahd Scheme, the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, and major residential and commercial districts like Shatha, Al-Khalidiyah, and Sayyid Al-Shuhada, ultimately serving the Prophet’s Mosque area.

A second, separate route is dedicated to transporting worshippers from the Al-Aliyah area directly to Quba Mosque.
